A single implant can support a maximum of two artificial teeth. So, when placed on either side, they can support four artificial teeth.
Initial healing will take up to one week. The jawbone and the gum tissues will take 4 to 6 weeks to heal completely, considering factors like age, health, and oral hygiene.
The ideal age is between 10 to 14 years, but you are never too old to get braces. There is no age limit. A perfect smile can be a lifetime goal.
Most patients will need to wear fixed braces for about 18 to 24 months, but in older patients, it will take up to 2–3 years.
There are various options available, like metal braces, ceramic braces, self-ligating braces, and clear aligners like Invisalign.
